Sometimes things do work out

Amid the busyness of preparing for a baby, starting a new job, taking care of a home and some issues my side of the family have been going through.... we got news last Wednesday that our renters were moving out 6 months early! That's 2 for 2 tenants breaking the lease early on our darling little town home in Mt. Lookout. I immediately posted the condo as available and we had out first viewers come Friday. I wasn't very hopeful, in fact I was so discouraged I almost didn't even show it to them. But, my ever supportive Hubby gave me a pep talk and off Landlord Sara went to meet my prospective tenants....
I showed the condo but considering my previous experience trying to rent the condo out and hearing the feedback they gave me, I pretty much counted them out as potential renters. My concern increased when we didn't receive any other interested renters all weekend!!!
I woke up this morning and started thing of all the ways in which we have been so blessed and started to feel pretty silly and selfish for getting so stressed over renting a condo. I said to myself, "I'm not going to let myself stress over this. I'm going to rely on God that everything is happening for a reason and things will work out." Not an hour later, I got a phone call from the gentleman from Friday and they are taking the condo!!!! (Not to jinx anything, I'm still waiting for the singed lease and check) The current tenants are moving out, the new tenants are moving in and my darling first home won't even be vacant for day.
Additionally, my current tenants were going to move out in October, which would have meant, I would be re-renting the condo 9 months pregnant / with a newborn. Now I won't have to worry about it! (Hopefully!)
So, sometimes, with a bit of trust in God, things do work out!!!
