Last Saturday when I set out to do a practice round of Christmas cookies my kitchen looked like this.
About an hour later.....
And because these were "practice" and because it isn't even Thanksgiving we made them heart shaped and I let Sam pick the color he wanted to dye the icing...
Tuesday we went to Union Terminal for the Train exhibit & the Children's Museum.
Even though we have a train table in our basement, this one was a big hit....
"I just can't reach the trains!!!"
Sam's took the "Finders Keepers" approach to playing with the trains.

Friday night we had good friends over and made come cupcakes disappear.
Sam stayed up till 10:30 playing with Lizzie & Pierce.
Slumber parties here we come!!!!
Saturday Grandma gave Luke his first real haircut, which also happens to be his first bad haircut.

He's still pretty cute though.
