Hills.

So, since we have arrived in Hong Kong we have been unable to use our "big stroller" as Sam calls it.
Its a BOB stroller and not really compatible with Hong Kong life because
1. It's a stroller and therefore doesn't go up and down large staircases
2. It's wider than any door I have seen here.

BUT I LOVE THIS STROLLER
(I brought this to HK and left our dog)

It's the best stroller ever...if you live anywhere but HK.

Melanie- if you are reading this, tell Courtney this one is the one she should get!

Anyway, today we decided we had enough and went off in search of a stroller friendly trail.
(there are miles and miles of trails where we live)

I forgot how much the boys enjoy sitting side by side......
they LOVED it!
Sarah, Ty, Marlo & Mia...we missed you guys!

First off I found this.....
(Please tune in to this blog in 18 years for any negative repercussions of living next to a power plant.)

Trail #1
Hmm.

Trail #2
Nope.

Trail #3
Really???

Trail #4
I'm starting to take a hint......

Trail #5
Fine I give up.

So, we walked down the hill to the reservoir.
It was really neat....
(Those buildings in the background are where we live)

We played around by the water and boats for a bit....

Then, when it was time to head home I remembered that we literally live on top of a mountain and that I walked down hill all the way to the reservoir

So, I passed out dum-dums and we made a slow trek back up the hill.

Ahhh, back home.....the entrance of Parkview.

  2. We miss you guys so much! I could use some of those hills to help me get back in shape!
And let Sam know, I went for a run back in PP and saw his horseys, and they are all doing well and are happy :)

  3. There is a great, flat trail called Bowen Road located down the hill right next to the entrance to Adventist Hospital. You can take it all the way to the HK zoo and then take a taxi back to Pview! Have fun!
