The weekend was off to a good start when Grandma came home from South Carolina and the boys gave her a bouncing lesson....

Then we found a turtle, which we named Batman and gave him a home in our spare bath tub. 

Friday was a wonderful Mothers Day Party at the boys school

And a trip to the track

Sam prefers viewing from the shade.

The night ended with a little something like this:

(Post- 9:00 PM mind you)

"Mom, can you please pull my front tooth out real quick?"           ~ Sam

"Someone get the turtle out of the bathtub and take him outside" ~Phil 

(Batman was rather smelly)

"Mom, I will save your life for you"

~Noah

"Someone really messed up my room, and I'm not sure who it was but I can't sleep like this."

~Luke

Par for the course. 

Saturday Phil & I got away for a whole day to go to the Derby!!!

And today the boys made me feel extra loved with good behavior....

Happy Mothers Day to my Mom,  My mother in Law, my sisters-in-law and all my momma friends who have laughed with me, cried with me, made stronger and taught me more about motherhood than I can every thank them for !!
