Someday

Someday I will wake up on my own.

Someday I will have time to shower daily. 

Someday I will be able to sit through a meal.

Someday walking around the house barefoot won't be like walking a gauntlet.

Someday leaving the house with some combination of urine, spit up and spilled juice on my clothes will seem odd.

Someday when I crawl into bed, I won't have to brush crumbs off my sheets from the boys snacking while jumping on my bed and I won't have to check under my pillow for trains and cars, only to reprimanded from taking them out of their "hiding spaces". 

I'm not looking forward to that day.....

Instead I'm documenting these fleeting moments to embarrass the boys when they think it's OK be mean to poor old mom....

Sam and Luke have been battling walking pneumonia but it hasn't really slowed them down. Here are my Buzz Lightyears playing Thomas the Train.....

Last Wednesday I went on a field trip with Luke's class to the "zoo". 

I wouldn't call the place went a zoo. It was more like a park with birds, monkeys, a turtle and a raccoon. But it was fun......

Friday was Sam's class family beach day. 

It was a blast!

And Friday afternoon, after lots of arm twisting, the boys talked me into a skateboard.....

So far it's a big hit!

The weekend consisted of us crashing daddies attempt to exercise...

A relaxing lunch in Happy Valley....

And some other random things in between! 

Today we had just enough shade to let Noah test the swing out for the first time!

Big success!!!!

And happy 7 year Anniversary to Phil....

We went on our first date 7 years ago today. I don't think either of us had any visions of living with three  3 crazy midget boys in hong kong back then.....
